Villa La Pianella

The terrace table got most of our use, thanks to the lovely weather, even though the large kitchen downstairs has a huge dining table. The house has lots of room and a bathroom on every floor, and we had a great, relaxing week here with eight friends. Alex greeted us warmly and showed us around when we arrived. Our car was large, so we asked if the olive trees hanging over the 300-meter driveway could be trimmed. It was done promptly, and we could drive up and down without damaging them. The pool was in good shape, though a few small mosaic tiles need replacing. There's a jacuzzi, an outdoor shower with hot water, and lights for the pool at night. The view from there across the town below, the many lakes, and the sea is fantastic. We baked pizzas in the wood-fired oven on the first evening. Another property is next door, but we neither disturb each other nor have a view of each other. We'd highly recommend the villa as a place to rest and relax.
