We spent four days here and had a really lovely stay. The apartments are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully finished, with all the comforts we needed and a cozy terrace. There’s also a furnished outdoor porch where you can sit and chat, plus an elevator. The gated parking inside was very handy. It’s a quiet spot about a five-minute drive from the center, so you’re close to town without being in the middle of it. The owner was incredibly kind, always available and full of useful advice. We’d happily recommend it.

Biagio made us feel very welcome and was so friendly and kind. There was a good range of breakfast food and plenty of water in the fridge, and we also found some baked goods waiting for us when we arrived. The apartment was clean and carefully looked after, with private parking, an elevator, and all the comforts. You can see the care in the details and in the service. I’d definitely recommend it for a stay in Matera.

The owner was welcoming and helpful, and had stocked the fridge and put out a generous breakfast for us. Parking is plentiful, and the home is in a quiet area close to the main amenities. Inside, it’s bright and spacious, with a modern style that still feels practical and comfortable. The bathroom was elegant, clean, and well equipped. From the moment we arrived, the care taken in designing and maintaining the place was clear. If we come back to Matera, we’ll stay here again. Highly recommended.

We were only here for one night, but Biagio treated us so well and even gave us a little something when we left. He’s lovely and made us feel at home.
