Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. Nonna and Greta made the cooking class interactive, informative, and a lot of fun, with plenty of laughs and lovely moments together. We then ate a fantastic dinner that we had made ourselves, including two kinds of fresh pasta using local, zero-kilometer ingredients. They grow or make everything they serve themselves, from the olive oil to the bread and cheese. We also got to see the beautiful estate, its rooms, and learn about its fascinating history. It was an amazing experience, and I won't spoil the surprise. Go and try it for yourself. We'll definitely be back! With love, Two Spanish girls ❤️

The pasta workshop itself was very nice, but the dinner afterward was awful. The cold cuts weren't fresh, and the pasta was undercooked and didn't taste good. My whole family got sick after the visit, with a night of vomiting and diarrhea. We raised the problem with the restaurant before posting a public review, but they responded in a hostile, defensive way. We had a terrible experience here. Avoid this place.

The pasta-making class was such a great time. The people, food, and space were all lovely. I'd definitely recommend it!

Daniele and Nonna Tetta made the whole evening brilliant. The pasta class was fun and informative, and they were both friendly and enjoyable to learn from. The building is gorgeous, and we really wished we could have stayed at the hotel as well. Afterward, we had the best meal we ate in Italy, all made with fresh, local ingredients. This was our favorite experience in the country. We'd go again and again if we could, and highly recommend the evening.

The hosts are wonderful, and the building looks like a lovely place to stay if you're visiting the area. We had a great pasta-making session followed by dinner on the terrace. The teachers were great, the food was delicious, and it was excellent value. As others have mentioned, the antipasto is massive and really tasty. If you're there in winter, don't miss the giant jacuzzi below the building's lowest level. I'd highly recommend the experience.
