Orlando and Giorgio really went out of their way to make my week enjoyable, and they succeeded. I stayed in room #1, which was spotless and thoughtfully decorated, with its own entrance, a small kitchen, and a generous living and sleeping area. It feels like a home away from home in either winter or summer. Via Roma is just a minute away on foot, with cafes, a pharmacy, a market, and a bakery.

Though it’s listed as a room, the space is larger than a studio and has everything in it. It’s right in central Matino, with cafes and restaurants close by, and the door opens onto one of the main squares. Clean, spacious, and nicely decorated, it really feels like having your own apartment. A good option for one person or a couple 👍🏻

The room had a lovely classic look, with high ceilings, but still felt modern and clean. The beds were comfortable, and the location in town was just right.

Everything was easy to reach from this comfortable, clean, and welcoming apartment. The owners were wonderful and always available if we needed anything. A fantastic stay, and I highly recommend it.

The room looked nice, but it wasn’t luxurious, and even the soaps weren’t replaced. We stayed three nights in early January and were really disappointed by how little help we got from the owners. It was 16 degrees Celsius in the room, and even with the air conditioning on, the temperature barely climbed. We asked for a second key so we could leave it set to 20 degrees while we were out for a few hours, letting it switch off once the room warmed up and avoid using too much energy. They flatly refused, citing energy consumption. Maybe they don’t realize that 20 degrees is the comfortable temperature for guests. I travel for work and stay in a different place three times a week, and I wouldn’t recommend this one, especially in winter. If you do stay, think about bringing something else to keep warm besides the air conditioning.
