B&B Sperlonga

We loved the homemade food at breakfast, and the rooms were spotless with tasteful furnishings. The B&B is in a peaceful part of the area, built in a typical Gargano style, with a nice terrace facing the sea. You can walk into Mattinata center. My husband and I stayed from August 6 to 12, 2025, and Michele, the manager, was welcoming right away. He was keen to help with our requests and gave us information on the best beaches and places to visit nearby.

Michele puts out a breakfast of excellent local products each morning. The property sits in a private olive grove just a short distance from Mattinata center, and it's beautifully looked after both indoors and outside. I hope I can return soon. Congratulations!

Michele is such a nice, helpful guy, and he really knows the area and has all sorts of useful information. We had a lovely stay in Gargano, helped along by this B&B. It's tucked just outside Mattinata in a peaceful setting, though only a five-minute walk from town. The room and bathroom are beautifully put together, with care in every detail. Breakfast on the terrace was a treat, especially Michele's bruschetta. If I come back to Puglia, I'd stay here again for sure. Highly recommended!

The owner was so friendly and made us generous, delicious breakfasts, with different choices and the chance to pick what we liked. His many suggestions for beaches, restaurants, sanctuaries and museums were invaluable. The B&B feels quiet and rural, with a lovely olive tree garden and armchairs and loungers where you can watch the stars. Mattinata's center is only a few minutes away on foot, so dinner in town and the walk back are easy.
