Giuseppe had the apartment spotless and fresh-smelling when he handed it over, with linens, an iron, and a hairdryer all provided as promised. He’d also left bottled water, detergent, breakfast basics, and instructions and supplies for recycling. It’s a roomy, well-arranged place on the second floor of the Mazara seafront, with a balcony facing the sea. There are two large bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen, and a big bathroom with a shower and washing machine. It has the amenities needed to stay comfortably, even for an extended visit, and was exceptionally clean. The only payment due on site is the tourist tax. Congratulations, Giuseppe.

The terrace was our favorite part of the apartment. Its light-colored wood roof is well insulated, so with the two French windows open it stayed pleasantly cool, and we didn’t need the air conditioning, though it was there if needed. We stayed in the renovated apartment on the third floor. It was immaculate and had everything, from toiletries and a hairdryer to breakfast items, so we felt at home. The owner welcomed us warmly and was discreet, helpful, and punctual. The property is ideally placed for the historic center of Mazara del Vallo, just a few steps from Piazza della Repubblica, and has a beautiful view of the seafront.

When GNV unexpectedly canceled the route, the owner acted right away to help us sort out the situation. He was professional, honest, and diligent in finding a solution. Thanks again for your help.
