Marco was warm, professional, and helpful throughout. The property is right in the center, with excellent dinner and breakfast. We also enjoyed exploring the city streets with an expert, knowledgeable guide, which made the holiday even better. Definitely recommend the experience!

Marco was kind and stayed in touch on WhatsApp, guiding me step by step. I spent two nights in the top-floor, third-floor apartment at Mosaico. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a huge terrace in the sun. The bathroom was clean and everything was tidy and well stocked. The view is spectacular, so try for the top floor if you can! One small issue: the door to the bunk bed room took several tries to open from inside. The lock needs fixing. Otherwise, it's an exceptional location, and I highly recommend it.

We were four young people staying here in July, and Marco made us feel very welcome. He showed us around and gave us lots of useful tips for making the most of our day in Mazara. When he could, he'd message us on WhatsApp about city events, theater exhibitions, and other things. Thanks, Marco, we'd definitely come back if we're in Mazara again. The apartment is lovely, looking onto a street that makes the place glow golden at sunset. Three air conditioners kept the whole home cool in the July heat. The room's blue decor reminded us of Mazara's Arab quarter, and the black and gold marble floor really caught our eye. The kitchen had all the appliances, an oven, microwave, and containers we used to bring food to the beach. When we had trouble with the sink, Marco called a plumber right away and came by himself within 10 minutes to get it fixed.

Marco and his staff were top-notch, and the location is excellent. The rooms and amenities are only adequate, though. I won't go into the details here since everything was already discussed on site. It would take very little to make the apartment enviable.
