The views from our room were fantastic, and the room itself was lovely. Everyone was so kind and patient with me, even though my Italian isn't very good. Great people, a great place, and a great price.

The ski bus stops right outside and worked perfectly. It cost €9 per person for the week, and parking by the ski lift was €12 a day if there was space. The hotel has plenty of parking out front or beside it, too. It's a quiet spot about 650 m from Campitello di Fassa, where you'll find restaurants, a supermarket, and ski rental. A handy base for skiing the Sella Ronda. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed, the staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very good.

We could unwind after skiing in the sauna and whirlpool, looking out at the Dolomites. Our clean room also had a lovely view over the Val di Fassa, and breakfast had everything we wanted. The ski bus stops right outside and reaches the gondola for the Sellaronda ski area in about five minutes. We really enjoyed our stay, and the hosts were very friendly. Highly recommended.

We've been coming to Albergo Contrin for ski season every year since 2005. Edith and Giorgio have become very dear to us; they're such warm hosts. We love the cozy, family feel, the tasty breakfasts, and the varied optional dinners, which have always been excellent. Those laid-back evenings spent chatting with friends, Edith, and Giorgio are a big part of what makes each visit special.

The owners make the place feel very pleasant. It's away from the town's bustle, but the ski bus stops right outside, so it's an ideal spot for skiers.
