A casa di Luca

We left as soon as we saw the place and never began our stay. Several rooms on the floor had doors that would not lock, and ours had no lock either. The toilet and bathroom were shared. The narrow stairs made it impossible to carry a suitcase, and the property is very far from the outskirts of Milan with no practical public transport. The place felt dark and gloomy, with strange people around. Communication was nonexistent, despite a promise that the woman would speak her native language, Russian. In person she was arrogant and unpleasant, and showed no interest in sorting out the problem. After a dispute with the administrator, she would not even let us photograph the issues. Our complaint still has not been processed, and the owner does not communicate. I strongly advise against staying here, especially with children or a woman. We demand a refund for the stay.
