Hotel Sirio, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

We came as a group and had a lovely stay. The rooms were spacious, spotless, cozy, and well looked after, with a thoughtful setup that made it clear the staff cared about guests' comfort. The reception team were so kind, welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. I accidentally left an item behind, and they returned it. Thank you for being honest and attentive to your guests. Grazie mille! A hotel with heart, and I'd recommend it whether you're travelling solo, with family, or in a group.

We found the basic accommodation clean and in keeping with the price. It's convenient for east side Milan and the Venice autostrada, with free parking, good wi-fi, a good shower room, and friendly reception staff. The air con was far too weak, though. Without the fan we brought, we would have moved on because it was much too hot. The electrical sockets are old style, so we couldn't plug in our devices, and the fridge was the tiniest we've ever seen.

The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I spent six nights here, with the first two in a room facing the road. There was no sound insulation at all, so cars and trucks came through almost unfiltered, making sleep impossible from 5 in the morning. Moving to the other side fixed the traffic noise, but at 05.00 I was woken by a couple doing their thing, then again at 07.30 when the cleaning team arrived.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The rooms were clean, modern, and well equipped, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I had a fantastic stay and would love to come back!
