Le Giutte Bed & Breakfast

The house is spacious, beautiful, and comfortable, and the owners were attentive and made the three of us bikers feel at home. We stayed on the first weekend of October 25th. Breakfast was served at the house and prepared by the owner. There was plenty of it, made with local and homemade products, and the honey and jams were excellent. Mountain bikers can start and finish right at the house: two lovely trails end in the garden, with countless other scenic routes for trekkers nearby. Watch out for ducks and other domestic animals as you cycle through the bucolic scenery. There are also large chestnut groves full of chestnuts you can pick for free. A great experience.

Families have a few games and some animals to enjoy in the outdoor spaces, and the apartment has all the comforts. Alessandra and her husband welcomed us so warmly that we felt at home straight away. The B&B is ideal if you’re after peace and quiet. We’ll stay again if we’re in the area.

The apartment was excellent, with a very comfortable bed and a peaceful atmosphere that felt like being in a home from the 1940s. Breakfast was excellent too. The one thing that bothered us was the drive in. It’s a winding 5 km road through the woods with mountain views, and we were honestly scared on the way because it felt like we’d never arrive.

The rooms have a flat-screen TV, coffee machine, and private bathroom with a bathtub, free toiletries, and hair dryer. There’s Wi-Fi throughout and private parking on site. The place is surrounded by nature and has warm hospitality and an excellent breakfast, so guests feel at home. It’s 40 minutes from the Genoa Aquarium, 20 minutes from Mele, and near the Acquasparta thermal baths.
