We spent our last weekend here and really liked it. Our room was cozy, clean, and a decent size. In my opinion we got the best one, no. 22, with the pool right in front. The property is well maintained and the pool was clear, though a bit cold for me. Breakfast was mostly sweets, typical for Italy, but there was also some ham and cheese, and the coffee was great. You can reserve a three-course dinner with dessert for 23 euro per person, drinks not included. The food was good and tasty. There's also an a la carte lunch, though we didn't try it. I'd definitely recommend this place, with Torre dell Orso beach only a 10-minute drive away.

I don't usually write reviews, but after staying at Masseria Bosco di Makyva, I felt it really deserved a good one. The pool area was the highlight for me, a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the holiday. The location is quiet and pleasant, within a reasonable drive of Salento's main attractions. The staff were all welcoming, warm, kind, and efficient. Francesca deserves a special thank you for her warmth and for making us feel at home. The rooms were just OK, not amazing, but comfortable enough to enjoy the holiday without worries. It's great value for money. If I return to Salento, I'd certainly stay at the Masseria again and recommend it to family and friends.
