Casa Vacanze Pantinta - Nel cuore del Salento a 8 minuti dal Mare

Dario did everything he could to make our vacation a great one, and I hope to return soon. "Pantinta" is a lovely home, with roomy living areas, two bedrooms and two brand-new bathrooms. The living room has a fully equipped kitchen and opens onto outdoor space. The furnishings are new and practical, too. It’s conveniently close to supermarkets and restaurants, and well placed for both the prettiest beaches in Salento and trips to the surrounding villages and charming towns. I recommend a stay in Melendugno at "Pantinta".

The sea is close by, and the beautiful Torre dell'Orso is about 5 km away. We left our hearts there, and there are lots of other picturesque beaches in the area. Otranto is only about 20 minutes away and is well worth a visit. Dario made our stay fantastic, and we’ll definitely be back next year. The apartment was spotless and had air conditioning in every room, which we really appreciated. There were five of us, and the two bright, comfortable double bedrooms, one with an extra bed, worked just as we’d hoped. We also had two bathrooms, a roomy living room and a fully equipped kitchen, with the entrance opening into that living space.

With the wonderful nearby beaches and the extraordinary Salento region to explore, Melendugno is a great base for both. Casa Pantinta is roomy and comfortable, and the owners are incredibly courteous and helpful.

The owner was so kind and always available by phone, and spoke fluent English. The person who handed us the keys spoke only Italian, but that wasn’t much of a problem. We drove about 15 minutes to a lovely beach almost every day. There was a bar there with delicious pastries. The place had been newly renovated and was clean and comfortable. The two rooms and living room were spacious and relaxing, the air conditioning worked well, and having two bathrooms made our stay stress-free.
