Hotel da Romano

The restaurant is right by the beach, with a great summer feel, and the food was the best I ate in Italy after nearly a month of traveling and seeking out good food and wine. The seafood was incredibly fresh, with wonderful flavors and a beautiful presentation. These people know what they're doing, and I definitely recommend it. Across the road there's a lovely beach with clear water, white sand, and friendly people. It's a short trip to other beautiful places in Puglia, including swimming holes, caves, towns, and cities. My room had a gorgeous view of the harbour and beach, plus a terrace where I could watch the colors at sunrise and sunset. The rooms are new, modern, stylish, and have everything you need. The hotel and restaurant are beautiful, stylish, and clean, with smiles all around. From the minute I arrived, the service was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were as easy as possible, even though I don't speak Italian. They were flexible and accommodating throughout. I can't fault the people who run the place, the floor staff, the food, the hotel, the views, or the atmosphere. I'd recommend it to anyone after affordable luxury and an incredible Italian experience.

We loved our stay and will be back. The staff were amazing, the breakfast was nice, and the hotel is in an excellent location by a beautiful beach.

The hotel restaurant is excellent, and plenty of local restaurants nearby offer a great variety of food at reasonable prices. The hotel is right beside the beach, and the staff are really pleasant and helpful. A wonderful place to stay.

Breakfast could use a little more variety and a bigger selection. Apart from that, the hotel is in very good condition, the A/C works really well, and everyone is kind and helpful. It's right in the center of San Foca. I'd definitely recommend it.
