We loved eating freely on the outdoor veranda, and the sea was only a three-minute walk away. The apartment itself was a lovely surprise, beyond what we expected: large, bright, beautifully furnished, and equipped with every comfort. We felt welcome and looked after from the start. Tony is a wonderful person, and we quickly formed a warm, kind relationship with him that helped us enjoy our holiday to the fullest. He shared lots of great tips on places to eat and beaches for swimming in Salento's beautiful, clear water. Highly recommended. We'll gladly return. Thanks, Tony!

I've spent my holidays with Tony in San Foca for three years now, and each visit has been better than the last. This was the best vacation of my life! The apartment is super comfortable, clean, and well placed near the sea and amenities, with everything we needed. Tony is an extraordinary person, thoughtful and enthusiastic, and brings so much experience. He makes you feel even better than at home. It's impossible not to come back to Salento and Toni's place. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Tony was attentive throughout our stay, gave us all the information we needed, and was always available if anything came up. He even brought us local treats, from desserts and wine to cheeses and more. The hospitality was priceless. My husband and I stayed in San Foca in September 2021. Tony's apartment was exceptional: spacious, bright, spotless, and equipped with every comfort. It's close to the sea, and we could park in front of the house, where there was video surveillance. San Foca has a lovely seafront and a town centre for evening strolls. Its location also makes it convenient for visiting Otranto, Torre dell'Orso, Baia dei Turchi, and other places. There are small, quiet coves nearby with few tourists and wonderful crystal-clear water. We highly recommend the experience and will definitely repeat it.

Tony took impeccable care of us. He's a delightful, helpful person, and the house was delivered spotlessly clean. It was fabulous, only a few minutes' walk from the sea and shops. Everything was perfect, including the location and Tony. We'll definitely be back as soon as we can. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I'm back after a year, staying with the same owner in a different apartment upstairs. The welcome and kindness are just as good as I remembered, and have confirmed the impression I got last year. The house is lovely, spacious, and welcoming, which really matters even on a beach holiday. There's also a simple terrace above the apartment with deckchairs and sun loungers, a barbecue, and a shower. It's great for an aperitif before dinner, while waiting your turn to wash, or for reading before bed. There's artificial lighting too. Would I come back? Yes. The place deserves praise, especially for its courtesy and politeness. Have a great holiday!
