The rooftop terrace was spotless, and the Palazzo renovation feels tasteful and modern while keeping its historic character. From the place, you can walk to Castello, the cathedral, restaurants, and nearby parking. Breakfast is self-service, and coffee and tea are available later in the day too. Marcello was a wonderful example of southern hospitality. Grazie tanto, Marcello! I’d stay again.

The rooms are comfortable and very clean, but getting to them means climbing 60 steps. Nobody warned me about that. My parents aren’t young, and my mother has a knee problem, so the stairs were a real struggle. They ended up staying in the room for a day and a half to avoid the climb.
