A cozy place with a great host. The breakfast is simple, but fresh and really tasty.

The scenery is what earns this place its three stars for me. Looking from the balcony is enchanting, and the area around it looks straight from an episode of Heidi. It’s great for a trip with a dog, and there’s a perfect path for walking. The room had a radiator that leaked. The bathroom has no window or bidet, and its fan doesn’t work. The shower takes a long time, then at some point goes back to how it was. I couldn’t tell whether that was a pressure problem because someone else was using water or some kind of motorized pump. When you could get a shower, it was fine. Breakfast was supposed to be "exceptional," but there wasn’t even a fresh cake, real juice, croissant, or anything else I’d expect from a normal breakfast, let alone an exceptional one. There wasn’t a regular espresso option either, even though even small machines can make them these days. Add payment without a receipt and prices that aren’t low, and three stars feels generous. Still, the landscapes are fabulous, and the shower works if you know how to use it. If you’re Italian, especially from central or southern Italy, bring what you need to make breakfast yourself, perhaps to eat at the balcony table. Otherwise, if things don’t change, you’ll be very disappointed. Oh, local customs apparently mean there are no sheets, so you’ll need to sort those out too. ;)

The hostess is very friendly and offers ideas for things to do and see. The rooms are fairly clean, though I would have liked a refrigerator. It’s all quite rustic and simple. Breakfast is just what you order, which I really like. You need a car to get around, as is typical in South Tyrol, though maybe you could walk to the next town. Hikers will have an advantage here. We’ll definitely be back.

The breakfast was delicious and typical of South Tyrol, though a few more choices would have been nice. This is a beautiful agriturismo surrounded by greenery, overlooking the valley with a fantastic view of Mölten-Meltina. The rooms and spacious apartments are clean and bright, and the apartments are very comfortable. The hosts are friendly and helpful. A relaxing place I’d return to.
