The rooftop plunge pool was amazing, and it’s an easy walk to local restaurants. Traditional-style rooms, a café with good breakfast and drinks, and a handy base for exploring Lake Como.

The balcony had a fabulous view, and we enjoyed having a beer in the evening while looking out at the Lago. The room was large and clean, and the hotel is really well located, just a short walk from restaurants and the ferry station. The staff looked after us very well and were especially accommodating when helping retrieve some things we’d accidentally left behind. Grazie!

The rooftop pool is a must-do, and the views across the lake are gorgeous. A beautiful location with very good, clean rooms. I highly recommend staying here.

The manager deserves a special mention for seeming to have little interest in kindness or respect. Service was painfully slow and cold, as though every customer were a burden. The food was tasteless and joyless, and the hygiene could make a prison cafeteria look like fine dining. If ruining your day sounds appealing, this is the place. An unforgettable stay, but only if you enjoy bad memories.

The real highlight is the rooftop, where you can relax in the infinity pool/jacuzzi with a stunning view over lake Como. It felt romantic and peaceful. The staff were super friendly, and our room was clean and cozy. It’s a great little hotel right in the center of Menaggio. Special mention to the piadinas at the hotel’s café. 10000% recommend.
