Silvia was generous, friendly, efficient, and always ready to help make our stay comfortable. The apartment is very well equipped, and having secure indoor parking was a real plus. Landscapesilvia sits in a privileged spot on the shores of Lake Como and provides great service. Menaggio and the lake are famous around the world, and it really is an enchanting place. We highly recommend it.

The apartment is an older studio, but perfectly practical and well looked after by the lovely host. We enjoyed making simple meals with groceries from the excellent Conad supermarket down the hill, and brewing the supplied coffee in the yellow designer moka pot. It’s a ground floor holiday apartment in a peaceful complex, surrounded by a lush garden, with postcard views of Lake Como and the mountains. Menaggio below is charming, though busy during the day. This was a great base for relaxing, enjoying the scenery, and staying clear of the crowds. The 900m walk from the bus stop, supermarket, cafes, and lakefront includes an 85m climb on pedestrian friendly paths, but in such a pretty setting it was actually enjoyable. We’d gladly stay again.

Keep an eye on the pool, because access isn’t allowed. That felt cruel during the heat wave we had.
