Sophia made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. She was lovely to talk to and took time to help with restaurant suggestions, getting around town, and everyday things we needed. We had a rental car, which was a big help because the walk up from town is steep. There are plenty of good free parking spots in town, so driving back and forth worked out well. The hotel itself is a calm, quiet place to unwind after exploring Lake Como. A really warm and kind stay.

Sofia at reception was so friendly and helpful, and made our stay even better. We were comfortable in the room, and breakfast had a nice range of choices. Hotel Royal also has lovely mountain views that made the visit feel special. We'd happily recommend it to anyone coming to the area.

It's up in the higher part of town, but the hotel will send a free taxi when you call, and they came to pick us up. The building is beautiful and the view is amazing. Everyone on staff was so sweet and gave us a fantastic welcome. Couldn't recommend it more.

Sophia at reception was the highlight for us. She was caring, thoughtful, and so sweet, always doing what she could to make our stay perfect. We hope she'll still be working there when we come back. The hotel itself was beautiful, from the lobby and room decor to the view and swimming pool, and breakfast was amazing too. We spent 3 nights here and had the best stay we've ever had. We'd recommend it 1000% if you're staying in Menaggio.
