Villa Bianca - Grande

The pool and location were the good parts. The rest was hard to accept for a vacation: the house rules even said not to shout from the balcony to the outdoor pool. The furniture was very dirty, as the photos show, and the kitchen had barely any crockery, no wine glasses or frying pan. We couldn't use more than one shower at a time because the water pressure dropped, and the fittings were already coming loose. There weren't any toilet brushes either. Check-in instructions were poor, and the key box had no gate remote despite what we'd been told. Two beds hadn't been made, so we had to do that ourselves. The driveway was far too narrow, and the garages wouldn't work for vans.

The lake view was lovely, and we still had a nice stay, but the price felt too high for the condition of the villa. The photos are outdated and don't show how it actually looks. Every room was very dirty, the furniture was worn and dirty, and air conditioning wasn't available everywhere. The shower fittings were broken, and the coffee machine had no pot. Outside, there were broken pool loungers, a rusty grill and rubbish left by the previous guest. Clothes were still in the children's room drawers. There was no parasol, just its stand.

We spent a weekend with friends and had a great time. The villa is huge, enchanting, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Even the two garages were usable. The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful, and the view was breathtaking.

We stayed for a bachelorette party and loved the setting, with incredible lake views from the pool and the room. The villa is spacious and has all the modern comforts. I'd recommend it.
