A well-run, professional hotel in Merano, with clean, tidy rooms and high standards. The breakfast was good quality, and the location is convenient.

We had to book a room at the last minute after car trouble on the way to a birthday holiday elsewhere. The room was cozy and clean, and the food was delicious. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. They made a cake, brought out Prosecco, and left me a handwritten birthday note. You could tell they really care about their guests. I’d give the place six stars if I could. Thank you!

The hotel is in a nice location and has a lovely spa. During my stay I accidentally spilled hot water and badly injured myself. I speak English, not Italian, and Karen, the hotel manager, took great care of me. She brought me to the hospital and made sure I was safe. She was so kind and went out of her way to check that I was okay. I’m very grateful to her. I don’t think I would have received care and treatment so quickly without her. Thank you.

The views were great, and the bed was spectacular. The food was amazing, especially the best vegetarian menu I’ve ever had. The shower was great too. The spa and gym are available on the first floor, and there’s a private garage. Everything was clean and comfortable. The city hotel team were so kind and attentive, and made us feel wonderful. Six stars out of five. Definitely recommend it.

A great hotel overall, with helpful staff and lovely people serving breakfast. The location is ideal: about five minutes on foot from the train station, with the easiest route to Bozen, and Aldi right next door. There’s plenty of space in the garage, and the city center, Lauben, is only a five-minute walk away.
