The place was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and breakfast was good. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Messina’s main areas. We rarely saw staff, and the owner only got in touch by message or email. It would’ve been nice to meet them, though I understand they may have work to do.

Fabio was a big help, and there’s free parking in the neighborhood. The rooms were clean in this renovated B&B.

We booked the place for our son’s wedding and stayed there with our guests. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast, rolls, biscuits, muffins, croissants, tea, herbal tea, milk, and coffee from a machine. There’s a lovely terrace off the breakfast room, with a breathtaking sea view. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, spotlessly clean, and decorated in a modern style that’s well cared for. The location looks out over a beautiful garden and is about a 10-minute walk from the cathedral and city center. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Messina.
