U baruni b&b

We were very impressed with the room, which was just the right size, and everything was immaculately clean. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, too. Sergio kept us well informed before and during our stay. We stayed as a family of four the night before taking the ferry, and the location made that really convenient. I’d highly recommend this place.

I’d booked through booking.com ahead of time and flew from Austria to Sicilia. I had considered cancelling because of the weather, but decided to come, and I’m glad I did because the city was cool. So before Baruni replies that I didn’t want to come anyway, that’s what happened. The room itself was OK, and I would have stayed, but it smelled of smoke and perfume. I don’t like smoke, so I moved somewhere else. I asked for a 50% refund, but they turned it down.

The building looks ugly from the outside, but inside everything is new, modern, and sparkling clean. Our room was comfortable and had extra amenities, and there was a spacious furnished balcony where we could relax privately. The breakfast buffet was nice, too. Sergio was attentive, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location worked especially well for ferry and train travel. We had an excellent two-night stay at this wonderful B&B. A+.

The location is great, very close to the center, and I really liked using the V Key app to get into the apartment and building. Our room was modern, spotless, and beautifully furnished, with lovely attention to style and detail. The shower and bathroom were really good as well. Sergio gave us a fantastic, friendly welcome, and the whole family was warm and welcoming, especially Leonardo.
