Meta Hotel

The whole resort and the rooms were impeccably clean. There are two pools, one for adults and one for children, kept clean and great for anyone who enjoys swimming. The owner, manager, and staff were all friendly, courteous, and helpful, always available when needed. I highly recommend the place and will definitely return.

We came for a trip to Puglia, and compared with places we’ve stayed before, this hotel gave us a chance to relax a little. The meals were pretty good, though obviously not five-star, and breakfast got a bit repetitive. My room and my roommates’ rooms were clean. Towels are changed daily, and they leave fresh shampoo, shower gel, and soap. There are TVs in the rooms too. Getting around can take a while since the hotel is somewhat out of the way. There’s no signal in the bedrooms, and although the hotel offers internet, it only works outside and in the lounge. Still, it’s an excellent hotel. I’d say it suits groups more than couples or solo travelers.

I asked for the sheets to be changed one day because they were covered in sand when I left that morning. When I got back, they were still sandy. Room service was also an issue. The rooms seemed poorly maintained and unhygienic, with no towel in the shower. The staff came across as rude and arrogant, so I don’t understand the earlier reviews calling them excellent.

I won’t be coming back. The food was poor and below what I expected, and part of my order was missing. I mentioned it politely, but the chef answered aggressively and rudely. I’m a minor, and the way he spoke to me felt completely inappropriate and offensive. Customers should be treated with respect, especially when they’re simply pointing out a mistake with their order.
