We lost an Apple Watch here, and the hotel owner seemed very irritated and didn’t want to help us. The stay itself wasn’t the worst, though you pay for dinner on top of the hotel. Try not to book a room here, since the owners and the stay won’t make for your best experience in trentino.

Even though it was the middle of summer, there was plenty of parking, and I found a free spot despite arriving late at night. The place is awesome, with friendly, helpful staff. My room was quiet, clean, and spacious, and breakfast was excellent. The staff there were especially attentive.

We felt right at home, and our children loved the staff. The service was so friendly, kind, and helpful, and the food was delicious and exquisite. Our room was clean, spacious, and nice, while the pool was small but beautifully decorated. Everything was perfect. We highly recommend this wonderful hotel and will be back. A place with heart! ❤️

The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean, and the redesigned rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. The ski room is next to the bus stop at the hotel entrance. The pool is small but has lots of attractions; the saunas aren’t for children. There are no dishes or kitchenettes in the rooms. The food was the weak point for us. Breakfast was repetitive, mostly average-quality cold cuts. The orange juice machine and juicer were the only real pluses. The snacks seemed like variations on leftover breakfast, with dry paste and something like a pizza crust. Dinner was even worse: everything was over-salted, had strange textures, and tasted extremely bland. I don’t understand the many reviews calling the meals tasty. You can order a special meal for children, but when we asked for a burger, we got strange meat with no bun or vegetables, just fries. Over our week’s holiday, only one dish was edible. It didn’t feel like Italian cuisine, and all dinner drinks cost extra.
