It has the feel of a typical mountain house, with a very nice restaurant, pleasant rooms, and a lovely atmosphere. The food was good, though fairly expensive, and the portions weren’t as big as I’d expect when eating in the mountains. My tagliatte al ragù di cervo was wonderful, and the strudel I had for dessert was sublime.

The dinners were cooked and served with such passion, and breakfast was full of delicious, excellent products. Elisa and Alessandro, with little Ginevra, made us feel so welcome and cared for in a way that’s hard to come by these days. We just wrapped up a mini-vacation at Lozen Hotel and Restaurant, and loved the renovated refuge, its thoughtful details, and how clean and welcoming it was. We really felt at home. We already miss the place and the people. Thank you, see you soon! Giulia, Marco, and Frida🐶
