The worst part was the heat with no AC, plus having no internet access. I wouldn’t recommend this property at all. Although it was clean, the apartment really wasn’t suited to a family. The neighbors are all seniors, and we weren’t allowed to make noise from 2PM to 4:30 PM or between 10PM and 8AM, or they’d charge 50 €. We had to clean the kitchen, or that was another 50€, and sort and take out the garbage, or face 50€ as well. The bins weren’t shut, but had a door with a key. There was no WiFi, and the mobile signal was so poor it felt like being in a bunker. The listing showed heating, but in summer there’s no AC, just 3 fans, which didn’t really work when it was 25+ Celsius. Giuseppe was very nice, but it seemed they charged us twice for the 39€ taxes, once during booking and again when we arrived, plus 15€ for checking in after 7PM. The surrounding buildings were under construction. There was no laundry, washer or dryer.
