It's fairly decent and private. There's no reception, just something like a restaurant kitchen combined with the reception. If you're looking for rooms 4 and 5, you'll pass it on the way. The regular caretaker doesn't know English, so calling works.

The rooms are tidy and clean, and it's still a decent place to stay, though a bit pricey. The setup could be better: there's no staff on site, you collect the room key using a code, the bathroom is shared with other rooms, and breakfast is self-service.

Three separate rooms are set up in one apartment, with the toilet and bathroom shared. We stayed one night without any issues. But four to five hours after we left, they claimed a coffee maker was missing and said they'd charge us for it. There wasn't one when we arrived, so either it was already gone or they're trying to get extra money from us.

The outside is elegant, with a garden, while the interior has an eighties feel. The place was clean. Breakfast was limited to coffee from the machine and packaged Buondì treats, and the rooms share a bathroom.
