Best Western Plus The Hub Hotel

Breakfast was one of the best parts of my stay at the Hub Hotel,MILANO. It was fresh, generous, and nicely presented, and Fabrizio brought so much energy and attention that I started the day smiling. Thanks to Fabrizio,Amy and Greta, and the whole breakfast team. Greta and Katia at reception were warm, cheerful, and fun to talk with while staying professional and ready to help. From the first hello to the goodbye, they made me feel looked after. Thank you both for letting me share my culture with you, and Grazie Mille for teaching me some Italian words. The staff throughout the hotel really care, and every interaction felt personal and welcoming. The place is stylish, comfortable, and well kept, a relaxing spot after exploring Milan. It’s a rare mix of efficiency and heartfelt hospitality, whether you’re here for work or a holiday. From arrival, it felt like finding a home away from home. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Highly, highly recommended!

Momo was incredibly patient and kind. He explained everything clearly and even offered us a room upgrade, which I really appreciated, especially since it was my birthday. Such a thoughtful gesture. The breakfast had a good variety and was good quality. The hotel is a little outside the city center, but fairly close to the metro, and the shuttle to the station makes getting around much easier.

The free shuttle to the subway station made a huge difference for us. We didn’t know the area well, and it made reaching central Milan simple and stress-free. I could also walk to grocery stores in about 15 minutes, which helped with a longer stay. The hotel has a gym and pool, and the large rooms had lots of amenities, so it was easy to settle in. I came to Milan for the Opening Ceremony of the 2026 Winter Olympics and was glad I chose The Hub. During a major international event, the right hotel can make the whole visit run more smoothly. The welcome service was exceptional, and the staff clearly knew how to handle guests from around the world. The Hub offers a practical, comfortable stay that’s especially useful during a global event. It’s a great hotel in Milan.

The room was 27 degrees, and when I called reception, they offered to turn off the heating. A complete failure by the hotel. Other reviews mention the lack of air and the heat in the rooms, but management apparently doesn’t care. If you like a hot, stuffy room, this place is for you. The gym and pool also don’t look like the pictures.
