Getting into the city or out to the airport was easy, with the train station just a five-minute walk away. The staff were friendly and polite, and while the rooms were basic, I slept comfortably. I’d recommend it to remote workers trying to keep their costs down.

Right by the Politecnico Milano campus in Durando, this is a cute little cafe. I stopped for food after class at 13.50 since breakfast wasn't available. The chicken salad was delicious and came in a really generous portion. They had seven or eight things to choose from, including burgers, salads, and poke. My matcha latte wasn't the best, but I'd come back to try some of the other options.

I left after checking out in the morning, then noticed about an hour later that the hostel had charged me €36 for no clear reason. I'm very upset. I called but got no answer, so I contacted the booking platform right away to help sort it out. I'm still waiting to hear back.

The downstairs bistro was a real find, with fresh, tasty food at surprisingly affordable prices for Milan. I especially liked the seasonal ingredients and the range of choices. During my first visit to Milan, Bovisa Urban Garden made the stay memorable. The staff welcomed me warmly from the start, always friendly, helpful, and ready with a smile or a local tip. It has a relaxed, creative feel that seems great for solo travelers or anyone hoping to meet people.

The counter girl was so sweet. The cafe serves a good breakfast selection and plenty of different coffee drinks, and the space feels open and roomy. I had a good experience here.
