Camplus Turro - Casa per Ferie

Turro station is very close, and the red line goes straight to Duomo. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful, with good restaurant and transport tips. Breakfast had everything we needed, including decaf coffee. We got the three-day family ticket for four people, €60 total, with Mi3 and Linate airport station included, so €15 per person. If you prefer walking, there are plenty of interesting places around Duomo: the Museum + Duomo ticket through the app, La Scala, Technical DaVinci's Museum, the University Botanical garden, and Last supper. Book Last supper tickets early. Giardini Pubblici Indro Montanelli has a park and planetario, near metro Turatti. Sforzesco Castello is by metro Cadorna, and Garibaldi has a modern tower, shopping centre and restaurants. Beautiful in the evening.

We were four people and had a lovely stay. It was my birthday when we arrived, and the staff arranged a complimentary bottle of champagne in our room after I asked if they could do a little surprise. It made the day feel special. The room was clean and comfortable, the price was great for what we got, and everyone was helpful and lovely. A special shoutout to Marco at reception. 🎉

We booked two rooms for four people and had a terrible stay. Every room had just one small bottle of water. When we asked for more, the receptionist told us to drink from the bathroom. Later, we had no cash for the vending machine and politely asked if we could take one bottle and pay later. The same person angrily repeated, “Go drink from the bathroom.” We were shocked by how rude, arrogant and unhelpful the staff were. For what we paid, we expected some respect and hospitality, not a hostile and insulting attitude. Never coming back, and we don't recommend it. Totally disappointing.
