Guido was a thoughtful, responsive host who made sure we’d be comfortable. His detailed late-arrival directions helped us get into the apartment, and his advice about the train station saved us from drivers offering rides from the Metro for €45-€50 when we knew we should only pay €13-€15. We appreciated the clean, welcoming apartment, stocked cabinets and bathroom supplies, and the helpful guestbook and information binder. The Metro was close, and we felt safe walking there and back at all hours, including late at night and early morning. We used the apartment as our base for seven day trips across Italy, from Lugano and Lake Como to Florence and Venice. I’d stay again if I had the chance and would recommend it to others.

Everything was great. The apartment was large, clean, and very comfortable, with all the equipment needed for a short or longer stay. The Metro is seven minutes away, and there’s an Aldi and a few restaurants about the same distance away. Host Guido was friendly and helpful.

We found parking easily, and the walk to Precotto metro station was short. From there it’s about 10 stops to the Duomo. There aren’t many enjoyable places to eat close by, but a few supermarkets are nearby. We planned to take the car or metro when we wanted a good meal, so that worked out. The washer was useful, and the air conditioning worked great. Everything matched the description, and having a separate bedroom while our daughter slept on the sofa bed in the roomy living and kitchen area was lovely. We’d definitely stay again, thanks.

Mr Guido was always trying to help, which was the best part for me. The apartment was cozy and had most of what we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s about a 10-minute walk from Precotto metro station.

We had a clean, comfortable apartment close to the metro. The kitchen had everything needed for a longer stay, too. I’d definitely recommend it.
