The rooms are really comfortable, and the shared kitchen and lounge are gorgeous. The location isn't great, but the place is worth it. Just be aware there's no reception, so there isn't really service on site. They email you instructions for getting in.

Everything is digital, with no in-person check-in. They were supposed to send the room PIN, but never did. I couldn't get through by phone, and they hung up on me four times when I couldn't respond right away. The Wi-Fi didn't work either.

I left my glasses in the room, and they mailed them from Milan all the way back to London. A million thanks! The washroom was clean, the room was roomy enough, and the interior looked amazing. Highly recommend this hostel.

The shared kitchen and hangout space felt cozy, and the neighborhood was great. The place has a trendy look, and the bar was nice with decent prices. But the showers were a huge letdown: the water was cold or barely warm, with very weak pressure, so it was hard to shower properly. The stairs were also tough to climb, and there's no elevator, which makes this place unsuitable for disabled people. My friend loved the place, but I liked it less. When we first got to the room, I was shocked by how bare it was and wondered if I'd booked the right one. Then I realized I'd mixed it up with photos of the common area. There wasn't anywhere to put our luggage. The sheets weren't nice either: there was one thin sheet under a warm blanket, and the sheet slipped away at night, leaving you against an itchy blanket. One receptionist didn't speak any English, which felt strange, though we met another receptionist on a different day who spoke it very well.
