I rented this flat in April 2025. It was clean and functional, but I strongly recommend avoiding it if you want somewhere welcoming and quiet to sleep. I contacted the manager to arrange my arrival when I booked. She replied only ten days later, when I was already in Milan, so I couldn't arrange parking or plan my arrival as intended. Although we had agreed otherwise, nobody was there to welcome us, and we couldn't show our IDs as originally required. The apartment is very close to an airport and a railway line, something you only discover when you get there. Expect very early wake-ups, and at night the thin walls let you hear every sound from the neighbors. The welcome was the worst part. For security reasons, I refused to send photos of our ID documents to a stranger, which is legally my right. I was willing to provide the needed information, including passport numbers. The response was an immediate threat to evict us, involve the police, and impose a hefty fine. The manager eventually decided not to evict us that evening, but said she'd come at 8 a.m. the next morning with the police. We spent an anxious night expecting that confrontation. The manager, as usual, never showed up. Instead, her employer sent an apology and seemed surprised we were unhappy. Strangely, at that point nobody needed to see our IDs anymore. If you want a peaceful stay in Milan, I strongly suggest you avoid this accommodation.
