eco Hotel Milano & BioRiso Restaurant

The staff were super friendly and helped us sort out our concerns about getting around Milan. They looked into our tickets and explained everything. The place is close to the metro, with an easy connection to Centrale FS station and Duomo. A wonderful place, and I can't praise the staff enough. Highly recommend.

The hotel seems to cut costs in a lot of areas, then calls itself Eco because it's sustainable. There are signs everywhere telling guests how to save the hotel's resources. The rooms feel stale, though they're basically clean, and that's no fault of the cleaners. The bathroom needs renovating and has no ventilation, so black mould settles in the little cracks. There's mould in every pore of the shower head, too, and if you lean over the sink basin with the tap running, you can smell it. That's really unacceptable.

We spent 10 days in Milan with a group from Toronto, and couldn't have asked for more. The staff and management were very professional, and the hospitality was excellent. The restaurant was amazing, serving authentic Italian cuisine made with all Bio and organic products. 10 out of 10, highly recommended!

Very kind and helpful people, available 24/7. The metro makes it easy to get to the city center, central station, and airport. Niguarda Hospital is very close if anyone needs it. There's a large Essaluga supermarket nearby, plus plenty of other shops for everyday needs. Thank you. We'll definitely return with our whole family, including our sons, both for exploring beautiful Milan and for hospital needs.
