Honestly, this was a really bad hostel. There was no security, one toilet and shower for three rooms, and bugs in the bed. The neighborhood felt weird too. I'd suggest paying a little more for a decent hostel. Be careful, though: Hotel Greco is very close and has the same owner, so it's the same people. A really bad experience in Milano.

Absolutely awful. I got there and there was no room, and they can't be trusted to return the deposit. Don't go.

Never book with this hostel! They took money from my bank card and won't reply to my emails!

The crew was nice, but there's no lift.

After another hotel turned our group away for being overbooked, we arrived mid-afternoon. The staff weren't especially friendly and insisted on full payment upfront. We left our bags in two horrible rooms, and only one had a bathroom. It was tiny and smelly, had no toilet seat, and water from the bidet leaked onto the floor. When we returned at 12:30 AM, there were cockroaches and other crawling creatures in the room. The man at reception said he wasn't responsible, then agreed to refund us only when we threatened to call the police. We ended up sleeping in our car. The weekend and EXPO were ruined. Thank goodness I have such sincere, kind friends.
