I strongly recommend saving your money and booking somewhere else. In two nights, I got less than five hours of sleep. The bathrooms were filthy and smelled awful, and the bed sheets were visibly stained and felt unwashed. The room was far too small for seven people, and the bunk beds shook like an earthquake whenever the person below moved even an inch, keeping the person above awake. The rooms were unbearably hot and the AC didn't work. We had to leave the windows open, but the street noise made sleep impossible. The kitchen was locked from 11 PM to 8 AM, so when I was thirsty during the night I couldn't even get water from a tap. I also couldn't leave early in the morning because my food was locked inside. Staff were rude and unprofessional, and shouted at me just for trying to get my own food. A total disaster from start to finish.

As a solo traveler visiting Milan for the first time, I really appreciated Ahmed. He's so nice and kind. The room was clean, the staff were nice, and I liked that we were allowed to use the kitchen. The location is handy for Carrefour when you need to buy things. I enjoyed everything, even drawing on the wall. Ahmed was especially nice. Thanks, Ahmed, and I wish you all the best!

Ahmed helped me with everything, from directions to the places I needed to go, to booking my tickets. He even helped me cook supper. I really felt at home and was impressed overall. The only thing missing was a common room where everyone could sit, interact, and mingle.

I booked a bed for the only night I was going to stay in Milán, then realized on arrival that I'd accidentally booked for the next day, when I wouldn't be in the city. The hostel was fully booked, so changing the date wasn't possible. I called to ask about moving the booking or getting a partial refund. They told me to make a request through the booking platform, which I did, but it was denied. I understand that the booking was non-cancellable, but the platform gives you a way to ask for an exception, and I wasn't asking for a full refund. Since they were fully booked and weren't struggling to find someone for the bed, I felt they could have just told me over the phone that they wouldn't refund any of it. Instead, they sent me through the platform and wasted my time. In my opinion, the service was really bad and not at all collaborative.
