The restaurant waiters were polite and pleasant, and Willy and Giulio at reception really stood out. When an issue with my return flight meant I needed to stay an extra night, they helped me a lot with the problems I was having with the travel agency. They turned a stressful, frustrating situation into something funny and relaxed. I’d definitely come back. I stayed at IH Hotels Milano Lorenteggio for three nights and had a very pleasant time. The hotel is about 25 minutes by car from downtown and the main tourist attractions, not too far but it could be closer. The room was okay, with a comfortable bed and a wide, cozy shower. The air conditioning seemed odd and didn’t seem to work properly, but since it was winter I didn’t need it much.

Wikar at reception was incredibly helpful and went beyond what she needed to do. We were coming off a long flight with tired kids and had asked for an early check-in. She helped whenever we needed anything, and made the stay enjoyable. Checkout was easy and straightforward. We stopped over for one night and were very pleased with the clean, comfortable room. I can’t thank Wikar enough.

Breakfast was good, and the staff serving it were friendly. The rest of our stay was uncomfortable, though. The room door wouldn’t close properly and the heating was very poor. I think the hotel needs maintenance.

I recommend avoiding this hotel. We ordered food and drinks from the restaurant, and although we were told they’d arrive in five minutes, an hour passed without anything. When we went to reception to ask what had happened, they rudely said it was reception, not the restaurant. The restaurant staff then said they’d simply forgotten about us.
