Cockroaches have infested the premises. Don't book B&B Lotus Milan.

Communication about breakfast and check-in was really poor. The host later canceled our Booking reservation and recorded us as no-shows, despite knowing we'd checked in and stayed at the B&B.

The bed was very comfortable, and the hosts were welcoming and helpful. It's also very close to the M2 metro, so a good place for a night.

Very clean, good service, and fair for the price. I'd come back if I'm in Milan again. 😊
