Silvia deserves a big thank you. I stayed at the MI Style Apartment near San Siro Stadium and was very happy with it. It was clean, modern, comfortable, and clearly prepared with care. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing, even though the stadium is only a few minutes away on foot. Public transport is convenient too, so getting to the city center is easy. I can really recommend it.

I paid €422.00 for two nights and got no compensation for a miserable stay, even though my room had been booked months ahead. They were full, and there was no reception because it's a B&B. The weak Wi-Fi and noticeable drain smell in the room added to the frustration. There was a plug-in air freshener in the breakfast room. The wooden staircase intruded into my room, and anyone using it woke me up. The walls were so thin I heard snoring on both nights. They had no idea how to handle hospitality.

The beds were clean and tidy, and the staff were hospitable. Our rooms were in a basement, with a shared shower and toilet for three rooms, as we had been told in advance. Those facilities weren't very clean. Breakfast was very minimal, just coffee, a croissant, and water.

I haven't stayed there, but I want to comment on the payment. They charged me through Booking.com even though the rules said I wouldn't be charged if I canceled before March 20th 2020. I canceled on Feb 19th 2020. I've tried contacting the place on WhatsApp since april 7th 2020. At first they replied and said they'd check, but when I followed up, they only read my messages and never responded.

It's comfortable and easy to reach by public transport. The Metro 5 stop for San Siro Stadium is a minute away. The staff are very kind.
