The room matched the photos, and breakfast was okay. The metro and train station were fairly close, though the surrounding area felt a little unclean. For the quality and service, I thought the price was too high. I could clearly hear people talking in other rooms. There was no safe or minibar, so I couldn’t keep water cold. Customer service wasn’t good: most employees had limited English, and there wasn’t much information or kindness. Some rules also weren’t explained directly at check-in. We weren’t allowed to open the windows at all, and we had to leave our only room key at reception whenever we went out.

There was no air conditioning in our room, and we got sick because of it.

There aren’t many restaurants near the hotel, which is far from the city, but the metro and train station are close. Breakfast was good, though not the best. My room was small but had a nicely sized balcony. The main issue was the air conditioning. I think they switch it off in the afternoon, though I’m not sure. The receptionist said it was working properly.

The Wi-Fi kept cutting in and out, and the old-fashioned spring mattress was awful. The furniture and bed covers were very dated too. We felt misled by the reception photos, and the place wasn’t worth the £157 we paid. There were extra parking charges that weren’t shown in the main booking information. A waste of money and a very disappointing stay.

The rooms were cold, with only a sheet and no bedding set. The bathroom was old and hadn’t been renovated. Breakfast was unappetizing, just old ham and bread, and the staff were very unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
