The apartment was modern and clean, and it’s close to the metro. It was far too hot, though, and I couldn’t adjust the temperature. The bed was really uncomfortable too. Some lights outside the apartment would help, since it’s easy to trip over the steps at night.

The apartment was clean and quiet, and checking in was smooth and easy. Getting around was simple too, with the metro nearby and downtown just minutes away.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the modern apartment was clean with everything we needed. Highly recommend it.

The day we arrived, the shampoo was empty, there was dust and hair in the wardrobe, yellow stains in the toilet, and too few towels. We contacted the hotel right away to ask for these issues to be taken care of, but they only brought towels. There was no cleaning service the next day either. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The quiet atmosphere was a real plus. I was in Milan for work for three nights, and the fast Wi-Fi, comfortable desk, and easy metro access made everything convenient.
