Awful place. They won't allow check-in after 9pm, and if you're late for any reason, they don't care. Avoid it.

We were left without a place to stay for the night because they wouldn't accommodate us after we missed the 9pm check-in deadline. An air traffic control strike delayed us, and we knew several hours ahead, so we contacted the residence to arrange another way to check in. Their only idea was to have someone pick up our keys, which wasn't possible when we were visiting Italy and knew NO ONE there. The staff's apathy was awful. They simply sent a screenshot of the policy with a thumbs-up. Poor show, please do better.

A well-equipped apartment with a kitchen, handy for finding food and close to a supermarket. The location is nice, and the parking is great, with a private garage.

After our trip to Zermatt, we planned to visit Milan from April 19 to 20, then had a booking at this hotel for 3 nights, from April 20 to 23. When an avalanche closed the roads in Zermatt, we decided to stay at the same hotel for an extra night, April 19 to 20, to avoid changing hotels. I called and spoke to the manager, who quoted 260 Euros for one night for 4 adults and 3 children. He asked the children's ages because we'd left them off the original booking. He said there'd be no extra charge for the April 20 to 23 booking, perhaps because he thought we'd book the extra night directly with him. I said I'd look for a better offer first. I had a credit with MakeMyTrip and their price was lower, so I booked there. For 4 adults and 3 children, aged 7, 12, and 16, MakeMyTrip recommended 1 apartment. The system offered no way to add another, and we thought the apartment could fit everyone, so we booked and took a screenshot. After payment, we saw only 3 guests listed instead of 7. The manager got our April 19 booking and immediately messaged to ask for another 60 Euros for our first booking, since we hadn't given the children's ages for April 20 to 23. He may have thought we'd deliberately booked for only 3 adults because he knew we were 7. We were still on the train and decided to discuss it when we arrived in Milan. At the hotel, I showed the agent the screenshot, which showed I had tried to book for 7, but the system changed the number to 3 after payment. She implied I might have edited the picture, saying it was impossible for one apartment to fit all of us. That comment offended me. If she hadn't said it, we wouldn't have argued or had these problems. I asked her to try booking for 4 adults and 3 children with the same app to show the screenshot was genuine. The system again recommended only 1 apartment. She realized we hadn't cheated and there was a problem with the system. Another staff member got the same result. The staff said the companion who couldn't fit should find another hotel for the night, since the app had misled us. One staff member apologized for the app confusion and offered to let 4 adults and 1 child stay that night, then suggested a nearby hotel for the others. We accepted and thanked her. But after the staff had accepted that MakeMyTrip might have misled us, she got a call from her manager. She then said the 3 guests we had booked for couldn't even enter because we'd used a "scammer" website. She said they only deal with Booking.com, didn't know the app, and that we wouldn't get a refund if she canceled. We explained we'd paid and the hotel had received the money, but she kept insisting MakeMyTrip was a scam and wanted to cancel. Eventually she let 3 adults check in. We decided only my wife and me would enter the apartment, since the other 5 in our group, the three children and their parents, were a family. They looked for alternative accommodation late that night because of the confusion caused by MakeMyTrip. After hours of discussion, we were finally allowed to check in.
