A complete disaster! We couldn't get through to anyone, and the phone service was terrible. They kept our money and we couldn't even get into our rooms, so this feels like a scam. We're filing a complaint right now. Unforgivable. I don't know how places like this can be listed on Booking.com.

Staff management: 0. Terrible service. Booking management: 0. The bathroom smelled, and it took two hours just to get into the building and apartment. Never again.
