If you're visiting Polimi, this is a great option. It costs less than other places and is much better, with very large rooms, a good bed and shower, useful amenities, and great staff. Definitely recommend it.

Matteo and Jenny were attentive and really helpful with everything we needed. The apartment was large, spacious, and had all the amenities for a couple of days. The neighborhood is quiet, with public transport into the center, though the ride is a little long. If you don't mind staying outside the center, this is definitely the place.

A small park across the street beside the building is quiet and nice for meeting friends or having a drink outside. The location is well connected, with trams and buses only a 3-4 minute walk away, and it's about 5km from the Arco della Pace in the city centre. Our apartment faced the street, and although it isn't a main road, mornings got noisy as people headed to work. The windows didn't block the sound. The host welcomed us with Italian snacks and showed us around. There's no reception, and we didn't see anyone from the property again until we left. That gave us freedom and made it feel like home, as long as you respect the building rules. The apartment was almost 40 square meters and had nearly everything we have at home: a fully equipped kitchen, sorting bins, electric cooker, microwave, and a fridge big enough for three people's food. The TV only had Italian channels, but we didn't watch much. Internet was stable and reasonably fast, over 10Mbps. The bathroom was spacious and had toiletries and towels. There was an iron, ironing board, and hangers too. The bed was comfortable, and the huge wall of windows had a remote-controlled curtain that made the room completely dark. There was some dust in the boxes that were meant to replace wardrobes, probably because they aren't used much.

It's a bit far from the city, but transport is well organized and trams and the subway can get you wherever you need to go. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, and the price is fair for this kind of room in Milano. I'd recommend it.
