The internet worked fairly well, even reaching our room on the fourth floor, and the sheets were in okay shape. Those were the good parts. The kitchenette was frustrating to use. Cabinet doors hung open and wouldn't shut, there was no electric kettle, and only a few very old pans. The ventilation was worse, spreading a sewage-like smell through the room until it was hard to breathe. We left the windows open for an hour just to make the room usable. Honestly, I'd take an average Airbnb over this place, and based on my stay I can't recommend it.

There are plenty of shops, including Carrefour, and some nice places to eat in this pleasant neighborhood. Turro M1 Red Line is just a two-minute walk down the lane. The residence also has a solid security setup: you need a key or password to get in, and CCTV cameras are all over the place. I'd recommend staying here.

The rooms were average, and sometimes there was a bad smell coming from somewhere. It's near transit, but I can't think of anything else especially good about this hotel.

The owner and staff were really helpful and gave very good service. It's close to the metro, supermarket, ATM, pharmacy, and pretty much everything you need day to day. Very satisfied!
