Everything else is good, but the location is somewhat difficult to get to from the city. Public transport isn't practical late at night or early in the morning.

I booked three days but left as soon as I could after a horrible first night. The AC didn't work, the room was dirty and unsanitary, and breakfast was just some packaged sugar. I've tried contacting the owner for several weeks now, and the service has been below zero. I can't say anything good about this place. The location has an Eastern European, pre-Soviet feel, so avoid it if that's not your thing.

The rooms are new and clean, and there's a swimming pool. It's close to IEO and outside the B-zone car emission restrictions. Breakfast is juices, a coffee machine and packaged sweets.

The room was pretty good and well organized, but the surroundings felt scary.

Great value for the money.
