The staff were rude and made an already stressful arrival harder. We had to get from the train station to the hotel in 20 minutes, which meant extra expense and nerves, and I don't think the place is worth its price. If your check-in is after 9pm, choose somewhere else. Staff aren't there after that and won't wait, and unlike places with self check-in or another way to get in, you're left rushing to arrive before closing or finding another hotel. When we asked about checking in later, they suggested sending a trusted person with copies of our documents to collect the key. How many travelers have someone they trust in another country? Don't stay here if you want to settle in and relax without your vacation being disrupted.

The rooms were fairly good, but don't expect coffee or water in them. We booked and paid, specifying a check-in time between 22:00-23:00, then were told check-in was only possible between 14:00-21:00. Our flight was due to land at 21:00, so we explained we couldn't make it and asked if they could leave the key somewhere. They wouldn't. The policy was completely inflexible. We then asked to cancel because circumstances outside our control meant we couldn't check in, but they refused and offered check-in the next day without refunding that night's payment. We had to book another hotel for the night. We absolutely don't recommend this place.

They charged us 50€ from the deposit for supposedly leaving a mess, even though there were no trash bags or cleaning products in the apartment. We also had to call first to learn that a deposit was required, since it hadn't been mentioned. At first they wanted 300€ from our card, but when there was a problem, they asked for 200€ in cash. On departure they complained about dirty dishes and trash, despite us having no detergent to clean with. We asked the staff to check the apartment and tell reception everything was okay so we could get our money back. The cleaners didn't want to come; when they finally did, they looked around for 30 seconds and curtly said everything was fine. I don't recommend staying here in Milan. They openly tried to charge us for leaving a mess. Also, why do guests have to collect the keys 4km from the apartments?

The rooms were clean, and the location was nice and quiet. The awkward part was collecting the keys at a mall in a completely different location, not very close by. There were five of us: three waited outside the room with the luggage while two took the metro to get the keys. They should find something more convenient.
