Breakfast was the highlight, with a big selection and everything prepared well. We also found the beds very comfortable and fresh smelling, and the towels were clean and neatly arranged. The whole hotel was spotless. Service was excellent, and the stay really did feel like a 5-star experience. We had a wonderful time and would happily recommend it.

The metro is very close and worked perfectly, so getting where we needed to go was easy. We never needed a taxi even though the hotel isn’t in the center. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the big modern bathroom and large, comfortable bed were all fresh and clean. There’s also a nice balcony with chairs. It’s a really good, big hotel.

The rooms were clean and reasonably spacious, but they felt dated and not well maintained. The lighting was confusing, and one bedside lamp had loose wiring that made an audible electrical noise. Someone in our tour had the lights suddenly go out in their room, and another person found bread crumbs on the bed. The beds were on wheels and moved with the slightest shift, so sitting back to read or watch TV was uncomfortable. In the corridors, the lifts slammed shut and strange mechanical sounds echoed around. Doors and walls seemed to shake when people entered or left rooms, possibly because of strong air pressure differences. It made the place feel unsettling. The restaurant service was a particular letdown. Some staff interactions came across as curt or condescending. At 06:30 a.m. the main dining room was empty, but we were sent to a makeshift spot outside the restaurant entrance. Another tour group had the same problem, and their leader had to step in before it was sorted out. Several elderly guests were also refused hot water for their bottles unless they paid €2. After a trip through Paris, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, and Switzerland, where our hotel stays had all felt warm and welcoming, UNA Hotel in Italy 🇮🇹 was an unexpected disappointment. This was the only stop where we ran into problems like these, and it left a bad final impression on an otherwise lovely trip. I wouldn’t return to UNA.

On May 6, 2026, I stayed at your hotel. The room was clean and spacious, but the receptionist’s behavior left me deeply dissatisfied. I greeted her politely and she deliberately ignored me. Then she threw my passport and credit card back toward me. She was friendly to the next guest, which made the way she treated me feel even more discriminatory. This was the last stop on my trip across several European countries, and her disrespectful, unprofessional conduct spoiled what should have been a pleasant ending. It falls well below the standard expected of a hotel serving international guests. I urge management to take this seriously and provide thorough staff training so this doesn’t happen to others.
